the other "lady" is Jimmy Fallon, the show host.. he wore a wig & fake boobs to do the dance with Mrs Obama. Last year he did a jam-rap session with President Obama himself.. search in youtube.. it's really fun.
Fallon is a funny guy & a "kind" & funny talk show host, he's not snarky like Letterman
