National Diploma of Ambulance Practice test today. 'Interview' + whole lotta other stuff, probably scenarios.

I feel like there's this giant hole in the middle of my head where all my Nat Dip memory storage used to be.

I doubt you're this nervous when you're on an actual scene. If you can, try to get yourself in the mindset of needing to use the knowledge that you know you have in order to help someone else.

Deep breaths. In to the slow count of 4, out to the slow count of 4. You'll be fine, and the sun will set tonight and rise tomorrow no matter what happens.

*hugs* Good luck.

You're right about that... it's weird. I look at pictures of gory, ugly wounds or see a patient in hospital surrounded by doctors with a big and messy bit of damage and feel quite sick but if it's my patient that I'm working on I'm fine because even though this Very Bad Thing has happened, I'm Doing Something To Fix It.

It'll help that I have to be in uniform too... it's a trigger for that mental mindset of medical stuff.

*breaths, considers the Rescue Remedy and decides I'd better not* Thanks hon. *hugs back*
