I've been playing phone tag with my editor all day. Never did get to talk to her! I'll try again in the morning. When I was a kid I loved tag -- any version. Freeze Tag. TV Tag. Plain old tag. We made up new versions and rules every night and played long after it got dark. Somehow phone tag lacks the same appeal...

TV tag for the uninformed, was a version of tag that we might have made up in our neighborhood. When the person that was IT tagged you, if you shouted out the name of a TV show, the tag didn't count. But you couldn't repeat names of shows. We had Food tag, Candy tag... The idea of playing with real TV sets cracked me up! That's for lazy kids...
