This dress is made from a beautiful Brocade in Salmon/Orange and has been made for the artist
Daniel Douglas so he can paint it after he finds a model.
The sleeves and neckline are trimmed with white cotton lace, the back is also laced so it fits several sizes.
The hooks and eyes were to big here and I changed these after this picture was made!!!!
Unfortunely my boyfriend couldn't take any new pictures, but the bodice does fully close now!
The pettiecoat is made in orange linnen with a organge embroiderd organza overlady that has been pulled up in some places.
Ofcourse there's a
pannier with this outfit to give the right silhouette.
I can't wait to see this dress in a Painting!!
The red jacket is a
new style on the website and made for the artist himself.
It's made out of red Satin Duchess, fully lined and has bordeaux Velvet revers and cuffs.
The velvet refers and cuffs are set of in antique look, gold trimming and embellished with self coverd buttons.
The back has a little split, unfortunely the jacket is smaller then my new male dress form and I have photographed it closed lying on the screen to show how it looks.
The artist also orderd a white cotton Elizabethan ruff!
These are also availble for costum order and I plan to make at least 1 set for Castlefest, probaly in black satin ribbon. (hopefully this can be done, next to all the others items I wish to make ;)).
