I just finished watching Super Size Me and it pretty much makes me never want to go to McDonald's ever again, even though I probably only go there 15 times in an entire year. Good movie, informative, interesting

I saw the first half of that movie a while back. It was interesting but honestly if you did what he did with almost anything it's going to be bad. Not that im defending McDonalds. I only like the biscuits there even though they make me kinda sick, farrr too much grease. I agree 100% with what you're saying tho, people don't want to take responsibility so they just blame others. And then theres the doctors who harp on it as if they're doing a public service and want McDonalds reprimanded. However due to the supposedly capitalist economy we try to run, that just doesnt fly. If people cared about their health; they'd drop the McRib. People in the US have so many things to worry about they cant worry about health, and those who DO worry about health extensively probably are in a better off situation, Socio-Economically speaking.
not that i think this should happen...its just that people want capitalism and socialism at the same time: the freedom to do what they want and the freedom from facing the consequences of what they want.
Well if they cared about people as much as they said, they'd lower the price. It's not like "Organic" farming is any special process. It's just bare bones.
You're going to be one of those teachers who goes off on tangents whenever a student asks a question, but that's good. Those were my favorite kinds of teachers.
I watched it a while back. McDonald's is usually my last choice, both because of watching that and just being sick of it from having so many happy meals when I was little (ok, so i had a happy meal at the tennessee game, but that doesn't count).
