And i dont mean, that i woke up, THEN started crying. I woke up and i was crying in my sleep. It was sooooo werid. i had a dream that my Dad died. And he died during diiner. i Wasnt there when it happened. I was crying because one, i didnt know why he died. and TWO, MOSTLY, i couldnt remeber the last thing i had said to him. hey, while I cant speak for the medical norm, I have on more than one occasion cried in my sleep. Usually, as in your case, during a tragedy dream - like my parents dying. It really does fuck with your head for the rest of the day too.
