Don't ever use UPS, they will damage your packages. I shipped out a guitar two months ago after selling it on eBay. Well, sometime in-transit the guitar got damaged; I filled a claim and they investigated the issue and determined there wasn't enough packaging. This was supposed to be a straight forward process. I sell guitar on ebay, someone wins

I know, I'm afraid the guy I sold the guitar is going to ruin my eBay rating now. It was supposed to work out so well, I should have been extra careful. Oh well, lesson learned.
