Fest, just in time for my birthday, I got 2% raise. So now I make $1025.00 more a year, which Uncle Sam takes 30% of that, so, I really only make $717.00 more a year. I'm deep sixing the ferret communities. I can't stand the constant post of how cute my ferret looks.

I need to floss more. I haven't in a few weeks and now my gums are aching. I'm sure everyone likes to hear about these things.

Ugh, Hilary and I sat through 16 innings of White Sox's baseball and in the end they lost. Giving up five runs to end the suffering. By the end everyone in the grand stands was to worn out to shout, scream, dance or hang from the rafters.

Goals for the rest of the year.

Reduce my credit card debt by a quarter.
Setup a networked home entertainment system.
Fix dents and scratches on car.
Get more familiar with JSP and Portals.
Exercise more often, use UIC facilities.

Yesterday evening was the best time I've had in a while. Hilary and I went to Six Flags Great America again -- fifth time this year. This time they had an extended night for season pass holders. After 10pm, we got front row on the American Eagle, Raging Bull and Viper. We went on all the rides I just mentioned twice if not more.
