I was going to post my traditional holiday cookie, which is a recipe I got from from stringy_cow back when we used to be acquaintances. It is a deelishus pumpkin cookie, but the recipe is on my laptop, and I don't feel like typing it up. Instead, here is the recipe for the buttermilk pie that I made this year at Thanksgiving. It tastes like sweet creaminess. That's the best way I can think of to describe it. It's not bitter at all, which some people might think because of the buttermilk.
