Question: What happens if you design outside of the LJ community? Like you have a seperate site that you post your icons at. Are you immediately unable to be part of this community even though you do use resources and credit properly?

In short: How would that situation work out?

Oh, I have to admit that this is a little complicated.

As you can see, all of my rules are for LJ user, and I think LJ user comes first, cause this is a LJ community, right?

BUT, don't worry, if you are interested in using my resources, maybe you could leave your design website and resources link here, and I will check them then determine "Are you creditable?"

But, please remember, this is an alternative only for resource post/credit rules(APPLYING STANDARD No.2).
People who would like to apply the membership still need to achieve APPLYING STANDARD No.1 and No.3.

Is this a solution for you? Please let me know your opnion, thank you~

http://tillur.tijira.net/resources.php << There's my resource list. Since the site is on hiatus, I guess that would be your inside link to the whole site.

And thanks. The answer to my question was extremely helpful. :)

Oh, that's nice to ask why be rejected.
I really want to know how to tell people why I turned they down when I click the "reject" buttom...but I don't know how to do, so...
(cause when I get "rejected" messages, I sometimes feel confused, too@____@)

Please check my APPLYING STANDARDS 03. it's below:
03. Are you an active LJ user?
(what is the definition of NOT being "active"? To me, it's no entry or more than three months have no any update. Sorry, I decided to add one more definition:you have to be on LJ no less than three months)

And,
I did check your tag or profile, but can't find "resource" one.
BUT, I did see you credit resource you used in a graphics post, right?
It's great, actually~
But I think a "resource post" at your LJ post or profile will be better for me. (Please check STANDARDS 02.)

Is this answer your question?
Please let me know your opnion.
Thank you~

Oh, I think you are right, I really didn't know you have an old LJ.
I did check it since you told me, so, I think you achieve STANDARDS 03.

And the resource post...
I still think it's better to make a list, maybe one day you will understand why I said thatXDD
BUT, just like I've said, it's not the main reason that I turned you down, since you really do have a nice credit although in a different method.

So...why don't you apply again?
