Aw that sucks, Gwen/Morgana's my orig. OTP so I'm kind of bummed. But actually, if they actually have scenes, and Gwen notices something's up and there's a clear shift in their dynamic, it's better than just forgetting about them altogether. Could be worse.

MORGAUSE/MORGEEZY IS SUPER-EXCITING. So, Morgause has told Morgana about the sibling thing off camera, she knows about it? Does it inform any of her on-screen motivations?

Lack of Gwen doing something substantial in two full eps has me really bummed, though I'm gonna hold back judgement on the A/G scene until I see it. In this one respect I'll be glad when this two-parter's over, because later eps sound reeeeeeally promising for her.

Yeah, the sibling thing was hilarious because neither of them referenced their relationship for AAAAGES between their frequent scenes, and I was half-scared Morgause hadn't done the necessary... but somewhere in the second episode, Morgana did actually call her sister, and said it was all because of they were getting shit done. And it's made her so much more confident, Heather, I JUST. I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR HER GAP YEAR. It's down to no one but the obvious love and support Morgause offers, and Morgana's still captivated/inspired by her, but also she's needed and it's family and such a close connection, there's no other team she's about to pick

Haha so she off-camera knows now -- just like the show -- hopefully the sister thread'll be picked up at some point laters. BUT YAY FOR A CONFIDENT MORGANA AND CLASSIC BUTCH/FEMME-TIMES WITH M&M.

Yeah, I'm already dreading ep3 because who even needs comedic shenanigans when Gwen hasn't had anything of her own yet. I'm kind of encouraged by the latter-season stuff we've been hearing, but I hope getting there isn't going to make me clench my teeth too much. (Probably not; as long as Gwen is on screen doing anything at all, it's hard for me to get TOO upset tbh, haha.)

No more warmth toward Gwen just makes no sense.
