It's very hard. I've resorted to occasionally blogging about GG on my personal Tumblr now to keep them at bay. And I try not to engage the really crazy Chuckistans--I either block their accounts on Tumblr Savior if they make me really angry or I look at the crazy ones I follow, gawk at them and move on.
