This sounds very good, though my heart may be too faint for it.
But your account of how to make it is a very tasty morsel in itself.

Oh but to have a publisher.
It is really quite delicious. I tend to make it with some grilled sausages and a spinach salad but I think it would be a nice alternative to a lot of over-cooked traditional fare.
