Yep, #13's most definitely true in India as well. You practically have to put your hands over your plate to avoid getting more food.

I will always be self-conscious of #11 now.

lol, Laury you're silly and so adorable. #16 is actually confusing, and I personally put my napkin in my lap in restaurants more so than i do at home...weird, but do you mean that you place it on your lap all the time?
