Yeah, TVP is good, in stuff like that at least - chili, stew...anywhere you need a hamburger replacement really. I was hoping the tempeh would be more chicken like, but it really wasn't.

At its worst, tofu is just bland. This stuff had its own taste that was not pleasant.
