I totally agree with you about the American remakes! I don't know why some people (not only Americans, British too which sucks!) are so against watching subtitled films, they're really missing out. Plus I feel every country has its own style of film-making, if you get what I mean, so remaking them in the same American-style is a shame.

Exactlly.
I wouldn't mind if they dub the movies because reading all the time is not always easy, but they never even think about it :/

Yeah but I guess they get more money from remaking the entire film... I don't want to say that that's all they think about, but sometimes it seems it is...

That could be true...and they don't want to invest into the dubbing probably. Which I think is a shame, that branch of the media industry creates jobs after all.

Btw still love the Max Riemelt icon of yours, such a pretty man <3

I'm with you. I hate that they are remaking 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'.

Sorry for just stopping in, I was looking at all the peoples in the NCIS verse.

They are remaking it??? When I was in New York they showed the orginal one.

Oh no problem, I keep those writers block entries open so people can stop by =)

Yeah with someone named Rooney Mara. The Swedish ones are awesome and did the books enough justice.

Just checked her on imdb...she looks too soft in comparison to the girl in the Swedish movies.
