#159 The one with fighting models imitating Michael Jackson
So two shoots in one post, one I really really liked and the following that was had a good idea but I barely liked any outcome.
The Michael Jackson shoot
I loved it! Not all the pictures but that is hard to be done anyway. The idea was brilliant, the execution as well and I hope they ahve more great ideas like that this season.
Angelea doesn't give me the Jacko vibe at all and her face looks weird, but I like the pose so the picture is not too bad. Considering how she went crazy on stage I was impressed that she pulled of a picture like this, everything else she did looked way over the top to me.
Lisa should've been eliminated that week. I don't care that Latoya Jackson could't eliminate someone, I think Lisa shouldn't have stayed this picture is just not good, end of story.
Bianca got a safe photo. I like it for its simplicity, but I think she could've done a little more.
Kayla doesn't look as much as Michael as I hoped for her, but I think her pose is amazing and she does look like she is in the middle of performing a song which I think is great.
Dominique rocks this photo, I think she looks stunning and like Michael and this picture is divine.
Allisons picture made me giggle a lot. She looks like the Jackson Five for sure, though I would've liked that mouth closed, it looks a bit odd to me.
Bre looks just so much like Michael in this shot I love it! I wish I wouldn't know that she hold her breath because now that I know I think that the picture would be even better if she didn't do it.
Alexandria I would crop the picture so you just have her upper body, I think the hand on the stomach looks odd like that, but the hand with the glove is great and I like her facial expression.
Shannon killed this shot, she just looks so much like Michael, I love everything about it and I think she should've gotten first picture, she deserved it.
Laura looks good but I think it is no top picture of the week. I don't know what it is but I don't like how she is holding her hand and pointing her finger. The rest of the pose is really cool.
The bar fight shoot with Coco Rocha
The idea was good and the fact that they were chooting with Coco had my hopes up for something amazing but I was disappointed when I saw the pictures in panel.
Bre&Alexandria
None of the girls really works in this picture for me, Coco included. Sending Bre home was the right decision, I think she could've done much better here. I do like Alexandrias body given the circumstances she placed it well, but her facial expression is really a bit amateur. My question is though, when you are lying on the ground and pulled by the leg, how many options to embody it do you have?
Allison&Kayla
I would crop Allison out. I think Kayla and Coco look great together and I love Kaylas facial expression, works well with Cocos angry face. Allison does look a bit off to me, I don't really see her connection to the other two, because Kayla looks like she wants to get her hand and leave but Allison seems to be attacking her. Which is why I'd crop out Allison, would make the picture better.

Again I would crop out Laura, she is not needed in the picture, which is sad because I really like her and her pictures and the odea of her being pushed from the table, but it doesn't work in this composition at all. Angelea worked it after her little melt down, she does look in pain like Coco is pulling her hair really bad, but still looks pretty.
Shannon&Bianca
Shannons body is not really in a fight position, I think she could've done more there, like Bianca did. Biancas face is off for me though, too much teeth. I love Coco in the middle, her face looks devious and it just works.
Lisa&Dominique
This is the only picture I like as a whole. I don't like Lisa that much, she is a bit too much for me, but she plays her role really well in this shoot, Coco looks great and I love how Dominique caught the eye of the camera. She deserved best picture that week.
