Hi, everybody!
After a long no-LJ/Dreamwidth period, I'm back again. I was ill for a while, and then I had to change jobs (not my actual job, I'm still a teacher, but I had to move) : all of this was time consuming and I got out of the habit of checking my LJ/Dreamwidth. I've thus decided to use the month of November to begin updating my journal

Do you like Gothic literature? It's hard for me to imagine reading NA without it...

I really liked NA, and I remember reading Udolpho years ago, along with Vathek. I should put The Monk on my to-be-read list too. If you like a novel that has "playing-with-the-Gothic-tropes" moments, I rec The Manuscript Found in Saragossa by Jan Potocki. It's a door stepper but I really liked it.
