i hope everyone had a very merry christmas, mine was pretty good this year, and i got tons of stuff which is always welcome and appreciated. from my parents i got mostly clothes, my mom made my car payment for them month, and a bunch of gift certificates, including a $200 one to the mall which i greatly

Haha. Fashion fascinates me. And Coco Chanel was/is an almost mythic figure in the fashion world... even before Lagerfield took over. Plus, Chanel No. 5 is a classic... although I must admit that I have a soft spot for Givenchy, too - thanks to Audrey Hepburn.

i try not to tempt myself by looking at the chanel collection incessantly, but i DID happen to wander into the chanel boutique in soho, and nearly died. and im a big fan of chanel no. 5.
