I do this too sometimes.

I have dreams almost weekly of my mother dying.

Every time I hear sirens I think the worst.

Sometimes I want to start my own town like they did in The Village and put everyone I love there so no one can die.

there was a girl on true life just like you. same thing, she feared everyday she would lose her mom, and never left her mom's side. she had to get intensive therapy.
