Hey,

I was just thinking. In my previous life, I used to be an assistant executive chef at a fancy restaurant in Park City. I used to make extravagant dishes for pretty famous people...One dish, I created, is still on the menu. Unfortunately, it has been almost 10 years since I was able to throw down in the kitchen.

I was wondering if I could be your assistant next time you decide to host a house full of people and make a ton of food??.. That would make me uber happy...

Sure. I don't usually *plan* on making huge amounts of food but the next time I've got a lot up my sleeve I'll give you a shout. I could certainly use a hand for our Christmas party. :)
