Weekend Update

I don't know the vintage of this picture, but it was apparently taken during the Harry Fawcett years. A tumultuous time it seems, during which madness overtook him and he hacked off Elijah Wood's neck and appropriated it as his own. Whatever possessed him to think that tree trunk-like neck is attractive we may never find out. Perhaps plucking his eyebrows into submission could no longer fill the emptiness in his heart or perhaps he realized that he oddly resembles a little old granny.
Had a shopping spreelet at my favorite bookstore, Bookpeople, this evening. I bought all three Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants books which were signed by the author. Also bought The Book of Ratings because it was on sale ($6.99!). The website is funny. I wanted to buy an awesome pink journal (I'm not usually a pink person, but tonight I feel pink-y) but I forgot. This coming weekend you shall be mine, Awesome Pink Journal!
I forgot Jason Bateman was hosting SNL this week. Rumors are swirling that Arrested Development might be cancelled. Dammit, Fox, stop killing my favorite shows!
