jalene is certainly a Liv Tyler fan (I got many Liv icons from her), I'm not sure if she intended that particular icon to serve as a visual pun.

It's Apsaravis!

It's a little Mongolian bird that lived in the Cretaceous. It's named after those Apsara you had an icon of a while back.

I was born in Taiwan, and moved to Singapore when I was six and lived there all my life before I moved to the States. My dad is from China though, so I went there a lot.

Which version of the Ring caused you great personal angst? The original or the remake?

I only saw the remake. I don't think I can survive the original. I heard that it's even scarier. I want to see Ring Too as well. I have a feeling it's not going to be as scary as the first but it'd be enough to scare a big wuss like myself. I recently saw The Grudge and objectively it's really not that scary a movie, but I still have trouble sleeping after watching that.
