The task of writing lj entry, which I have been wanting to for months now; has become rather bewildering. A blank page, which I could fill with so many things I’ve been thinking about, so many things I’ve been doing. But generally, I just grin at its blankness and write nothing.

My life, (it feels) has become tremendously exciting. A series of ( Read more... )

Why is that every single one of your entries is so so so poignant and beautiful?

I'm so sorry to hear that your family will be torn apart in two cities.... choosing which parent to live with would be a really difficult decision to have to make, especially if it meant leaving the home you've grown up in to live somewhere else, less familiar.

Oh, and good luck with the collaboration with Dave and Andy :D

Can you guts give us some more information on The parking lot experiments? pretty please?

There is got to be some detail that is not top secret that you can give us fanatic fans something to think about! ;)

Insider goss: line-up is lovely, and initial song ideas are great (particularly Dear Mr and Mrs Cale). I'll bug David to send you something ;)

wow, what a mix

hi it's bilby1915 here! (waves)

thumbs down to the family being torn in two bit but thumbs up to the sharing music with your mum, being in a band - that is fantastic.

are your mum and dad still together? or just agreeing to live separately for three years for work?

i have never regarded your life as boring, i remember you mentioned late last year you were filling your summer with music and creative writing camps, but when you got back, you didn't write about them in your lj, i always wondered how it all went. Chose to think "too many fantastic things to put into words". You are one talented person Alice, and very special.

As always m'dear, you are a treasure. ::hugs::

My mother liked Illinoise when she heard it too... I love beautiful music that means something but is also parent-accessible! :)

Such a ravenous fanbase! We'll get some things to you, Watt ~ sounds and words about the beginnings of the band.

There is no one better to be in a band with than you and Dave, Alicey. The Bendigo Issue is regrettable, but not dire, and we'll be able to work around it fairly easily. I seriously cannot wait to see some of your poetry/lyrics/wonderstuff.

Heh, even *my* mum likes Sufjan. X-P
