So I jumped on to my bed the other night, and when I landed, I heard a huge riiiipppp. I look at my pants, and there's a huge rip right in the crotch. Seriously. The hole is bigger than my fist. So I don't know what to do with the jeans anymore. I can toss it out, or turn it into like...a skirt or something.

Today is a big cooking day. I've peeled fava beans which I will cook in a little bit and I'm making a batch of chicken stock after a month-long hiatus. I developed these itchy red bumps over my legs on thursday, and since then, some have developed on my arms and around the sides of my abdomen. So I went to the health center today, and they couldn't tell me what i had. Just that it must have been some kind of allergic reaction. It's started. All the years of holding back tears, and now I can't stop them. I need to call my brother tonight.

I got into my chem classes for this summer. I'm not sure whether to be glad or sad. It's going to be a lot of work. But I still think I'm going to be a chem major instead of biochem. Anyway, here are pictures of food, as promised.
