I see the wave and I can't outrun it

um, you know how when you're in the beach and you see this huge wave coming, and you try to run back ashore, but you know you can't out run it, and it's over to overcome you and get you,  that's me.  I see this wave coming and I'm frantically running, but I know I can't outrun, so I guess I need prayers when it crashes onto me and covering me
