Congrats hun! I've started to go to the gym the last 3 weeks. I have no idea if I've lost any weight though my evil scale has decided it doesnt want to work anymore. *Grumbles*

Don't forget you need other essentials too; like protein, fibre, calcium, vitamin D and others.
A yoghurt or small amount of lean meat for protein and whole fruit for fibre would be good.
High fibre foods, (fruit?), make you loose weight faster because it clears your digestive system.

No worries, my juices have a high percentage of green leafy veges, also brocoli, zuchini, beetroot (as well as beetroot leaves) carrot, ginger, and other vegetables. I like fruit juices too, my favourite is pineapple/mango/pawpaw/orange and rhubarb/strawberries/pears

Green leaves are very high in protien and fibre (think gorillas and elephants, lol)

I even have some chia seed in some of my juice, for the good omega fats and protien boost.
