What cheese do you use? Just ordinary block cheese that you grate, the yellow stuff.
Over here I buy the first one that I find that is made with non-animal rennet. At the moment I have Colby cheese. Generally cheese is made with rennet that is made from a calf's stomach.
Hey my posts are usually all friends locked, somehow I missed this one.
I do post a lot of vegetarian/vegan recipes would you like me to add you to my flist? I don't know your age but I'm a middle aged Aussie woman. I post a lot of stuff about my life and about my trips around Western Australia. I'm not sure if either would interest you
Yes, please! I ended up over here out of sheer curiosity via lenine2's journal. I'm a German woman in my late thirties, with an underused LJ containing updates about my life in general and the occasional more or less silly, self-written story.
I've friended you back - welcome. I've found that the best way to pick up new friends is via people commenting on your flist's posts. Just how you found me.
If you are after vegetarian recipes you'll find them under my 'vegetarianism' tag. I have baking recipes under my 'recipe' tag
