Making lists makes me feel calmer.

Phone interview in twenty, super super tweaking. I guess i finally moped hard enough about my career for my resumes, sent into the abyss, to be replied to. Jeff says it's because I'm qualified. Just to get it out there, I agree with Jeff.

Most people aren't very good at their jobs, and most people who aren't good at what they do are very, very afraid of having to face someone who actually is. I've encountered enough managers/employers who can't stand an employee that knows how to do their job just because the employee's knowledge risks leaving the manager/employer looking inferior.
Being qualified for a position makes it harder to obtain; being notably intelligent and/or comprehensive offers a disadvantage all on its own.
