Reflections

Since it is Thanksgiving, I went with my mom to church. A bit of quick background. My family is Lutheran (my dad's a Lutheran pastor). Almost two years ago, I converted to Catholicism (thanks partly to a certain Princess Koala). I know that feeling. Kinda like how i could not use tools for my rituals but i do anyway. It jsut feels better.

::nods:: it's odd how wonderful catholic mass is. it's so reverent, and holy, and moving. it's all the bells and whistles that make it such. without the sign of the cross or genuflecting or stuff like that, it would just be another building. somehow, seeing that many people doing things like that makes it so noticeably different from any other building, or from any other faith. just makes it seem more powerful and real.
