I'm terrible with introductions.

There really is no point to this other than getting some things in print, I'm not writing for anyone other than myself and considering that most of my friends wouldn't even consider getting a journal I won't be having much social interaction in here. I've always had trouble getting my own feelings down in paper, the computer makes no difference ( Read more... )

Sometimes life has a way of slipping and sliding out of our control, and then so very suddenly it's like you've popped back awake at the week and you have a firm grasp of where you're heading. Don't give up on it yet. <3

Hi, by the way.

I'm not giving up, but I'm fucking exhausted and disappointed of so many people I believed in. It's hard to go through things like that, but to realize that perhaps some things are not the way they seem, some things that just happen to mean the world to you...it's a bit tough.

Heya, baby.

I understand completely. I've felt the same quite a few times. It is touch, but that's the fun part of life. You have to work for what you want to be happy.

By the way, do you have a lip ring? Or is it some weird optical illusion thingie?

I'll get used to in soon enough, right now I'm adjusting to he new obstacles I've been handed, sometimes they're too fucking much.

Yes, I do have a lip ring. Lip, nose, tongue stud and a few tattoo's. No wonder my fanily gives me so much shite, considering they are conservative bastards.

When I first heard about online journals a few years ago, my reaction was OMG, you let people read your journal and then they might respond to something you said ... !!!!! No way! But then I found that LiveJournal is its own online community and I made a lot of friends here. Sometimes venting is more cathartic when you know that someone who cares is listening.

Sometimes, it doesn't even matter if they care or not. To know that SOMEONE will take the time to stop, read and comment on something that does not affect them in anyway, makes me feel there still is something grand and valuable out there. I have GREAT GREAT GREAAAAT friends, but sometimes it's nice to have alter opinions.
