Shoveling snow is like Sisyphus or whoever pushing the damned rock uphill. But cold. And with snow getting all over you and in your clothes.

I shoveled yesterday and just looked outside again and I may as well have not bothered. All progress, erased completely. Because Nature hates everyone.

I spent most of yesterday holed up with Kirino Natsuo's "Real World." Like I usually do, I went on the internet after finishing to see what other people thought of it, but I was surprised to find that most of the English reviews seemed to be more or less missing the point. I feel like twenty deaths thanks to another week at the largest school. They're sweet kids, but trying to get their attention means a lot of voice-raising, which always seems to turn into upper respiratory gunk for me. Is it me or does 'previous' have different meanings across the internet?

Previous in LJ brings you posts written earlier, but previous in dA brings you updates uploaded later. This is confusing and causes me to waste valuable seconds of my time.
