Millinery Trim Giveaway!
Calling all milliners and craftspeople, fiber and textile artists, and really anyone who's interested in high-end and antique ribbons and trims!
I'm overhauling my millinery studio and clearing out a few things, and i thought it would be fun to share the wealth!
I'll be giving away four grab-bags of millinery trims--largely stylish ribbons both vintage and modern, but each grab bag will also include a few more decorative bits and bobs like crystal sprays, vintage buttons, and so forth.

Yes, those include vintage striped millinery grosgrain/petersham, antique metal-thread metallic ribbons, and Mokuba embossed velvet ribbons. Each bag will be different, and I can't promise to honor specific requests of bits from this photo but if you win and want to mention which ones you love, i'll certainly consider that! Grab bag ribbon inclusions will be at least 2 yards in length each. I promise, you won't be disappointed. Some of these ribbons are not produced anymore, and anyone familiar with the Mokuba brand knows what their ribbons retail for. Plus, i like to think i have pretty good taste in quality trim--no chain-store cheapos in these grab bags!
Here's the skinny on how you can enter:
1.) Follow La Bricoleuse (i.e., me) on Twitter.
2.) Like the La Bricoleuse Facebook page.
3.) Like the Rachel E. Pollock author page on Facebook (this covers not only my costume-related publications but also my other professional writing as well)
4.) Mention this giveaway to your friends and/or followers on some sort of social media (Facebook, Twitter, your blog, wherever), then drop a comment here with a link to your recommendation.
(So yes, multiple entries are possible if you do all these things.) ETA for clarification: Doing any one of these things is one entry. Doing all of them would be four entries. Make sense?
On February 2nd (a week from today), I'll choose four winners to receive the grab bags. This is NOT limited to the US--anybody anywhere in the world can participate!
Despite running this blog since 2006, this is my first time doing a giveaway type deal on labricoleuse so let's see how this goes... I hope it turns out to be as fun as it seemed when i thought of it! :)
