Okay, my copy of Lament has arrived. Now, how do I get it signed? Do I send it to you (I need your address if so) and we play postage games or did you ever come up with bookplates? If yes, would you send me one (see address below)? Let me know what works best for you (of course, I am just assuming you will sign it for me...)

Hurrah! No, I never got the bookplate idea off the ground but give me a week or so to look into it. Would be better for me to mail that to you than to have you send the whole book to me. Give me a little time?
