I've been broken, in fact, I'm still broken, so I can understand some of what I've just read. And I also tried to deal with it all alone. I tried to climb out of the abyss without help, but people like you wouldn't allow it. You picked me up by the scruff of my neck and yanked me upwards. The more sessions you have, the more clear what's important and what isn't will become clear as day. The haze will lift. I promise you, I will always extend my hand into that Maelstrom to you and I know I'm not alone. All you ever need do is reach out and grab it.
