i do. it's hard to know how to deal with it sometimes. i mean, do you emulate them in hopes of having the same success? do you resent them for having a innate ability you don't? or do you simply come to accept it? it's hard to know which way to go. i think, as long as you're not crying about it. you're doing ok.

i was offerred a job at UM today. it sounds pretty cool. i haven't talked money yet, we're still working out the details as to whether my hours are acceptable. they haven't even told me what the job is, only that it lasts till may 13th, which would be ideal since of all the travelling i want to do in june and july. about the only thing i do know ( Read more... )

life is very fun and very balanced right now. i've been able to moderate myself and actually stay home some nights and study while my friends are out having fun. i'm very pleased with my social prowess right now and my ability to meet new people. particularly women, even if my encounters with said women are episodic. but hey, my life is episodic in ( Read more... )
