I'm lying in bed with my computer and my silly cat who no matter how hot it is has to be right smack dab next to me with as much of his furry hot body on me as I will allow. I endure his absolute and adoring affection toward me pretty well, though sometimes I have to move him away! off! over! not on me! when it is too hot or I actually want to move

So, what are you seeing in Iran? It seems as if it might be a stolen election, to me....

I skipped my general chemistry final exam as a freshman in college. Two reasons. 1) The river was up and 2) (the real reason) I knew I wasn't going to pass the exam anyway. I didn't go back to take it for 10 years....but it was OK.

Did you go to pride today? I missed it.

I loved twitter for coverage of the terrorism in Mumbai and then I was bored; I should check it out for Iran stuff. It's riveting when it is on-the-scene reporting.

I'm considering joining twitter, so it's interesting to hear about ways it can actually be useful (besides knowing what my friends ate for breakfast or whatever the heck they tweet about!)

Happy Pride weekend! Our parade was yesterday. I went and watched it, and took an insane number of pics. :-)
