hello and welcome to my first list in quite a while. two lists, i guess. just a note before going into this, folks: i have not yet seen Borat, The Prestige, The Science of Sleep, Slither, Jackass 2 or The Fountain. i will at some point and they'll probably influence the list enough for a revision down the road.

i agree for the most part...except match point was a steaming pile of shit
also the new world is 2005, not 2006...even if it was in 2006, it should be in your top ten becuase it is utterly brilliant...
also a scanner darkly sucked major ass...

Good list, but it's absurd that you haven't found the time to see borat but somehow did for little man.
Personally, I would have gone with
1. The Departed, Children of Men (tie)
3. Borat
4. Casino Royale
