I think I like working better than school so far. At least when I come home, I don't think too much about my job. I do wake up at about 5 am and start thinking about it, but it doesn't keep me from going to sleep! At least, not yet!

It's good. I have about 20 kids right now, and I've seen all of the ones that I will definitely have (I think). There are just so many new things to learn. The most important thing is for me to learn to be patient! I just want to get things done, but a lot of the time it isn't my responsibility to do those things (like set up an IFSP meeting if I'm not the service coordinator), or there are complicating factors, so I need to wait to talk to someone who then isn't there for a few days... it's a little tricky. Patience is not my strong suit, I can tell.

Hmm yeah it can be frustrating when certain things are out of your hands. Hope you're enjoying it overall though! And you'll have lots of time to get good at it and focus on it without school to distract you.

Hahaha, I think I know the feeling. =)

Is the job less stressful than school so far? It is easier than school, or harder?

I think it less stressful and easier because you don't have to change gears as much. It used to be "student", "clinician" and "mom/wife" (let's be honest, that one is mostly "mom".. I kinda suck at the wife part a lot of the time). Now I just have to switch between "clinician" and "mama" and they are so separate (except when I want to try things out with Isaac like testing) that it is nice. I can think about my caseload at home, but I don't HAVE to in order to pass a class.
