Allan would like to think his getting caught in the tavern was an unfortunate accident, a coincidence.
He'd like to think that that he didn't tell Robin, use his relationship with Gisborne to help them out, because it'd get them all killed, and he didn't want that.
He'd like to think that rescuing them later made it all okay again, or that they believed that this had always been his plan.
He'd like to think that Will only stayed because of Djaq, and not because he couldn't look him in the eye any more.
Unfortunately for him, he knew better.
