I just want to sit here and say: awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww forever, now! All these vignettes were wonderful. Particularly Holmes waiting anxiously for approval on his looks (oh, HOW can he be so adorable? You genius writer you!), and the reversal of cliche that he looks LESS innocent in sleep - I did rather adore that. I now feel like writing "Victor & Holmes 4eva" in little love hearts over a diary or some such, like a teenage girl, I am so in love with this story. :D
Wonderful!!!!

Holmes has a master's in adorable. He has just learned to hide it behind brains and snark and other defenses.

I figure that at this point, it'd be difficult for Holmes to be any more innocent, so it had to go the other way :D

Hee! I want to make them mixtapes and stuff too. But it would be fully of dorky songs, so...

Anyway, glad you enjoyed it!

Aw bless ^.^ I love these! I love that poor Victor is still cut up about his sister - and they were the same age difference and Sherlock and Mycroft ^_^ and Holmes taking a break from bein endlessly adorable to be scary and kick arsey (cos that's his charm really to me, his dual sidedness, like a cat that scratches everyone's eyes out except the one person it decides it likes and will curl up on their lap and purr like it isn't a demon from hell while everyone else gapes and tries to staunch the bleeding - too much thought? Moi?) and Holmes with the dog, and and and sleepy Holmes snuggling up on the train *passes out from cute* oh and the cross dressing XD why Victor, you Dark Horse! Though I am curious as to how he's going to go out dressed as a lady as I'm pretty sure Victor has a moustache in the Paget illustrations, though I think he's only in profile so maybe he's just got a shadow there ;P

and they were the same age difference and Sherlock and Mycroft - I am so pleased someone noticed that detail :D

And yes - Holmes is exactly like the feral cat that only loves one person. It is Victor now, and it will be Watson later [and then, well, you'll just have to wait and see ;)]

I agree that he does have a moustache in the illustrations - this one makes it especially clear (though it's not Paget's and I forget who it actually was), but, the lack-of-moustache is actually going to be of minor importance later, including the fact that in this now-slightly and later-radically altered universe, Victor was able to look in the mirror at twenty years of age and realise that his moustache was actually fluff (he is nothing if not aware of being pretty). Because twenty-year-old Caucasian men rarely have good facial hair. But, that's another 'wait for arc II thing' ;D

Ooooh *squeals with excitement* I can't wait, I have read the next part but haven't commented yet cos I like to make a point of waiting til I have time to leave a proper comment that at least makes sense, needless to say, I loved it.

And I'm glad that my noticing the age differences pleased you, it makes me feel less of a dork for counting it up on my fingers (yeah me and maths are not friends)
