I just re-watched The Devil's Foot so this is fresh on the brain. I love this, sap is the greatest, and I really like Holmes's grumpy seriousness that Watson can do away with so easily.

Very sweet. Nice references to canon, including the German philosophers. Good reconciliation of how they could love each other even though Holmes can be a complete jerk from time to time.
