I'm so sorry to hear that. Usually when something goes wrong for people I never have anything to say, but I'm really glad that I could possibly help you two. I have a friend suffering from the same thing, and he makes a habit of blogging about it and informing people around him what exactly it is that he's dealing with. While you might not know him personally, I want to send you to his blog because I think it might help. If nothing else, it's someone your fiance can relate to.
