The mayor talked about shape shifters but I can't feel any foreign magic here...Can anyone could explain exactly what's goin on ? And how are the boys ?

I don't think you can feel them. You can't really tell they aren't what they are trying to be until they slip up on the personality. They were in the city once. I thought we were done with them though.

They both look a bit worse for the wear, but they'll survive.

From all the worlds I know, and child, I do know a lot of worlds, this one is maybe the one that makes the less sense.
They must use some kind of magic to take shape.
Find the magic, find the way to unmask them.

If they do, they are very good a concealing it. Its hard to even sense a difference in the presence. Its like they take on every sense of the person they are pretending to be.

There's at least two that I know of. I don't know how many more there could be though.
