Coconut, anyone?

So I made up a recipe! I won't know until tomorrow how it really turned out, but preliminary tastes are very promising! Basically, it's my caramels recipe with all the ingredients substituted, and coconut added at the end. Easy, right

So the deal is, they were delicious, but really just painfully sweet. I think I'll make them another time, but use unsweetened coconut instead. That should make them a different texture as well as a less painfully sweet.
