yeah, because my life actually IS this boring.
I'm excited over my groceries for this week that I just went out to Whole Foods and kinda' splurged on. (Well, it was like $40 and I meant to do $20, but it's not over budget for this week's groceries soooo ;p )

Anyway, zucchini... I usually chop it up and throw it in things like chili and taco meat. It's also good with any sort of mixed rice dish (paella, jambalaya, curry rice, etc.). :-) It doesn't have much of a flavor on its own, but I like the soft-but-firm texture it has when it's cooked for just the right amount of time.
I tried zucchini fritters once, but they were way too messy.
