Wow, I just saw Contact again and it was super garbagey. "You can't prove whether you were in that sphere for 18 hours or four seconds, omg!" ... you could have another person take a ride to confirm it, you don't just have to argue about it infinite. The rest of the movie was pretty poor, also

I know, but like... if there was intelligent life somewhere else in the universe... like wouldn't they maybe believe in God also, and end-up in the same heaven when they die?
