Dammit, WHY did I not record when I bought N's school shoes last year? I think we might go to town tomorrow, and it seems like a reasonable opportunity to buy them; waiting until after we've been away might be getting a bit late.

I think you usually buy them a couple of weeks before I do, and I'm planning to get mine on 21st/22nd. Millie needs new shoes too, so I need to sell a kidney first.

4th August 2008, was probably a bit keen that year! I don't seem to have noted it last year ... a bit later, as we were on holiday, but probably not much later. I think I'll have a look tomorrow, then if they haven't got anything we can carry on elsewhere.

I love camping :D On the other hand, I've always found shoe shopping to be a nightmare (awkward shaped feet...), so I hope that goes well.
