Everyone knew that Rosemarine was the kind of person that found work satisfying. Whether it was school work or superintendent duties, he would take it very seriously. Headaches and going through long documents wasn't foreign to him. Of course, because of his alarming work habits, it was inevitable that he would fall asleep because of it at some point.
And so it finally happened.
How, you ask? Well, his work piled up, he stayed up until midnight, and the accursed ticking of his grandfather clock decided it wanted to lull him to drowsiness. Being the sleep deprived boy he was, Rosemarine decided to just place his head on the table, maybe rest his eyes a little, and assure himself that nothing would happen because the door was locked and only Jules had the spare key.
Jules. His childhood friend. His old classmate. The person that he cared about the most. The person that will never hurt him, or so he loved to believe. With that, he was able to rest his eyes, that lead to sleeping. Naturally.
