Hey Meg.
I loved the scene where Damon told Elena about Katherine. That was an emotional moment for Damon, and I could just picture him losing himself in Katherine's picture just like he did in 1x06. *sigh*

On the negative note: Too short chapter, but I know why, it's okay :)
I know that you cant help it, but I get annoyed everytime Bonnie is mentioned, *lmao*
I know that she has to be there, she is Elena's best friend and all. But this girl just bugs me. Haha...

Now I am looking forward to see if Damon will see Elena in that dress and how he would react *sigh*

There is allot of Damon/Elena moments coming up at the Ball, just wait. And there will be a huge cliffhanger. That is why I had to warn everyone that I cut the chapter in half, because I had built it up so much, and I didn't want it to seem anti-climatic. lol

I'm really happy you enjoyed the scene where Damon talked about Katherine, it was one of the hardest to write. I just wanted to get across how distraught he was over her and that if Elena kept prompting him, he could turn threatening or violent.

I mean, or boy can't open up completely yet. (That is for the later chapters.) ;)

Cliffhangers are Eeeeeevil.

You're right about Damon not completely opening up yet. That requires a LOT of hard work from Elena or whoever wants him to talk.

The cliffhanger is going to be even more evil because I have a very elaborate and long story planned out for Chapter 7, and so CT will not be updated for at least 2 weeks. But, trust me, it will be worth it. There is a big shocker coming up.

Yep, with the way things seem to be going, Damon will finally open up around Chapter 1,200. JK. ;)

Im seriously hoping you're putting Damon in a tux and making him go to that ball by his ears! I want Elena to slap Stefan hes so shady! (wait no,, slaps are a delena thing) LOL! I loved the very bit of d/k at the beggining it was an emotional moment for Damon, and i loved how he couldnt finish talking.
It stroke him greatly, anyways, im seriously hoping you give us more d/eness!! :) Loved it, please bring back more soon!

LOL That is kind of the point of cliffhangers, hun. ;)

Slaps are always going to be saved for Delena, no way Stefan is tainting it. lol

And I'm happy that you enjoyed that moment where Damon talked about Katherine. I wanted to get across that the pain was still so raw over that loss that not only could he not bear to confront it completely yet, if Elena kept pushing it, he could turn violent and threatening.

Amazing D/E next chapter, trust me. It's only just begun! ;)
